The Recap

Nora Task Builder was designed to give GTM teams the ability to create custom, automated workflows, reducing reliance on AI PMs and enabling self-serve automation. Early adoption revealed something important: when given flexibility, users converge on the same high-value use cases.

In this case, 29 account executives independently built post-call follow-up bots. That signal was clear: this was a widespread pain point, and one worth formalizing into a core workflow.

The New Capabilities

This update introduces a standardized post-call follow-up bot, built by mining and consolidating the best patterns from those user-created tasks.

It also provides deep context extraction, with goals and desired outcomes, buying signals, competitive landscape, stakeholder mapping, and business context and value alignment. From this, it generates a ready-to-send follow-up email in a consistent, consultative tone, aligned with best-performing AE prompts, with hyperlinks within the output, allowing users to jump to specific sections quickly.

This transforms raw transcripts into a complete post-call artifact, both for internal use and customer communication.
