If an advanced attack finds its way into an employee’s inbox, you hope that they remember their security and awareness training and do not engage with it. However, there is always the risk that they engage with the message—clicking a malicious link, sending confidential information, or even wiring money to attackers.

Starting today, Abnormal Security is rolling out a new feature that gives customers more visibility into recipient engagements. You can now filter the Threat Log to see which messages employees have opened, forwarded, or replied to. Click into the message to see information about each engagement, including what time messages were opened, who they were forwarded to, and even the exact reply email sent back.

We know that your time as a security analyst is valuable. With recipient engagements, you now have confidence that you're aware of every security risk for your organization and know exactly who you need to follow up with in order to protect your end users.

To learn more about this feature, see a demo of the Abnormal platform today.
