We’ve made two changes to the GenAI responses configuration page to make it easier to customize your GenAI email responses for AI Security Mailbox.

Subject Line Variables Now Visible in the UI

You can now customize your GenAI email subject lines using supported variables—clearly displayed in the UI. Just click and choose from the “Available Variables” provided.

AI Disclaimer Now Customizable

The disclaimer at the bottom of GenAI emails is now editable—with one key requirement: the line “This and the following content is powered by AI” is required and fixed. Everything else is fully editable (up to 500 characters) and text updates auto-save when customers click out of the box.
