Several new features will be enabled to all Inbound Email Security customers on a rolling basis the week of May 12. These features include:
- Download a CSV export of Search and Respond results.
- Option to remediate messages to a user's inbox directly from Search & Respond, including when selecting bulk remediation.
- Added a judgement column to the Search & Respond table, with the ability to filter results based on judgement type.
- Enhanced the message details shown when clicking into an individual message.
These features are intended to increase efficiency and streamline user workflows, while continuing to offer visibility for Abnormal users.
