Abnormal now provides clearer, structured explanations for misdirected email detections in the Outbound Log so admins can quickly understand why an outbound message was flagged.
With this release:
Review an updated Analysis Overview with plain‑language reasons and key risk signals (such as rare recipient behavior and autofill risk).
Use new “more likely / less likely recipient” context to compare the intended recipient with who actually received the email.
Switch to Text Analysis to see highlighted entities and phrases in the email content that contributed to the misdirected email decision.
Why it matters:
This enhancement speeds investigations, increases confidence in Misdirected Email detections, and makes it easier to tune and explain outcomes to stakeholders.
