You can now mark Safe messages as Spam directly from the AI Security Mailbox for more accurate message classification and improved threat reporting.
To use this feature:
Select a Safe message in AI Security Mailbox
Click ‘Spam’ → Remediate
The message will be marked as Spam across the portal
This update gives security teams greater control over how reported messages are categorized.
