This giveaway (the “Raffle”) is sponsored by Abnormal AI, Inc. (“Abnormal” or “Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms (“Official Rules”) and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This Raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Eligibility

The Raffle is open only to legal residents of any country where such participation is not prohibited by law. Residents of Italy, France, Spain, Brazil, Russia, China, India, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Malaysia, Turkey, Indonesia, Israel, Canada, and any other jurisdiction where the promotion may be subject to registration or restricted by law are not eligible. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit one (1) winner per household. Employees, officers, and directors of Abnormal, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as spouses, domestic partners, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To be automatically entered into the Raffle, you must both submit a form at https://abnormal.ai/innovate and attend the Abnormal Innovate virtual event between January 14, 2026 and January 15, 2026 for at least 30 minutes as tracked by virtual event software.

Each person may enter only once, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to audit any entry for compliance with these Official Rules and to request additional information from any participant. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this Raffle and in accordance with the Abnormal Privacy Policy.

3. Grand Prize (1 total)

✈️ Round-trip airfare for two from the winner’s nearest major international airport to San Francisco, CA. Airfare will be in economy class.

🏨 Three nights at a 4- or 5-star hotel in the San Francisco Bay Area

⚽ Two tickets to a global football match on Saturday, June 13, 2026 in the San Francisco Bay Area

🚗 $250 rideshare credit for transportation between airport, hotel, and the match

💳 $500 prepaid dining credit in the form of a VISA gift card

🛍️ Two Official Abnormal football scarves to wear to the match

🌟 Dedicated travel concierge to coordinate all trip details and ensure a seamless experience

In the event the advertised prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The estimated value of the prize is approximately $7500 USD.

4. Secondary Prize (500 total)

A random selection of 500 individuals who register for and attend Abnormal Innovate will recieve a football-themed scarf featuring Abnormal AI branding.
In the event the advertised secondary prize of a football-themed scarf is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The estimated value of this secondary prize is approximately $26 USD.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winners will be selected on or about January 23, 2026 at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the information provided at the time of entry. The grand prize winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/ Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, the grand prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. Taxes and Compliance

All federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use are the sole responsibility of the winner. Delivery of the prizes will be arranged via contact from Abnormal AI via an email to the winner.

7. Publicity

By accepting the prizes, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

Participation in this Raffle may be considered a financial incentive under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) due to the opportunity to win a prize in exchange for providing personal information. You may opt-out at any time by not participating or by contacting us at privacy@abnormal.ai.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Abnormal, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, injury, or damages arising out of or related to participation in this Raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

By accepting the prize, the winning individual releases any and all claims, losses, liability, injury, or damages arising out of or related to travel to and from the individual’s location to the prize event and attendance at the event itself.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these rules. Automated or bulk entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to this Raffle are final. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure or delay in the Raffle due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, technical malfunctions, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

This Raffle is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Winner List

The first name, last initial, and city/state of the winners may be published on the Sponsor’s website or social media channels.
