Marcos Marrero is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with more than two decades of experience building and leading global information security programs. He began his career in financial services, establishing his firm’s first security program before expanding into the legal sector to strengthen cybersecurity across multiple organizations. Marcos later returned to finance, overseeing regional programs across the Caribbean, South America, and the U.S. He now serves as Chief Information Security Officer at a multinational private equity firm, where he leads the company’s global cybersecurity strategy and drives operational resilience.
