Jesus Garcia is a Solutions Architect at Abnormal AI. He provides subject matter expertise for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SLED customers migrating off their third-party Secure Email Gateway. He serves as a conduit between the field (sales and customers) and the R&D/Product teams, delivering actionable insights on customer needs, technical challenges, and feature requests. Before joining Abnormal, Jesus spent 17 years in the K–12 space, improving multiple school districts’ security posture against advanced threats with limited resources and manpower.
