On August 3, Abnormal is launching the AI App Store, a single location within our Portal for existing customers to see every currently available product on the Abnormal Behavior Security Platform.
The AI App Store is a new way for customers to get value from Abnormal. For the first time, customers are empowered to explore and activate Abnormal products for trial, entirely at their own pace. This is the direction we've always wanted to take the platform, and we're thrilled to finally put it in the hands of our customers.
The AI App Store is where every Abnormal solution will live, including today's lineup and everything still to come, so customers can explore what's available and check out what's new the moment it ships.
Note: The AI App Store will officially go live at Black Hat USA 2026 on August 3, 2026. This blog serves as a preview of those capabilities.
Easily Activate Abnormal Products
If you're an Abnormal customer, the introduction of the AI App Store means quick activation of new abilities to stop the threats and attackers targeting your organization.
Alongside this launch, Abnormal is giving customers self-service activation of its three newest products, AI Governance, Identity Threat Protection, and Infiltration Prevention, so they can try them out and put those new capabilities to work right away.
This matters because the same behavioral AI already protecting your inbox now extends to these new products to secure identities, AI agents, shadow AI tools, and more.
The Abnormal Customer Portal is Now a Security Marketplace
Starting August 3, Abnormal customers will be able to open the AI App Store and learn about, or schedule a demo of, any available Abnormal product.
In addition to learning more about existing products and scheduling demos with our team, we're giving customers access to self-service trial activation for AI Governance, Infiltration Prevention, and Identity Threat Protection. That means after following a simple guided setup, you can extend Abnormal's behavioral AI platform to protect against more of the attack vectors your organization is facing.
The AI App Store makes it easier than ever before to secure your organization with behavioral AI by combining new solution discovery and activation into one guided flow. Testing new products is simple and fast. With only a few clicks, customers can install a new product and get guided through the setup process: accept terms and conditions, integrate, and that's it.
