Abnormal has renamed Misdirected Email Prevention settings to Outbound Email Protection and introduced a unified setup experience. This allows customers to integrate their mail flow once and use that same integration across all Outbound Email Protection products as they become available.
With this release:
Settings navigation renamed from Misdirected Email Prevention to Outbound Email Protection.
The Integration tab centralizes tenant-level onboarding through API-based monitoring or mail flow rules.
The Misdirected Email Prevention tab focuses on applying remediation settings tenant-wide or to a subset of users.
