Nikki Milburn

Nikki has been with the Franklin County Data Center since 2017, advancing from Director of Information Security to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Over six years, she expanded the information security team from three to 15 specialists across multiple security domains. Nikki is passionate about developing security talent and ensuring the reliability of public services. Her credentials include the Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C-CISO) from EC-Council, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)². Previously, Nikki was a Senior Identity Engineer at L Brands and spent a decade in technology and workforce management roles at Nationwide.
