Phil Lea is the Vice President and Head of Privacy and Cybersecurity at Landmark Group, where he leads the development of large-scale security and privacy teams and drives the organization’s transformational security strategy. With more than 30 years in IT—including over 24 years in cybersecurity—Phil has deep expertise spanning strategy delivery, risk management, ISO 27001, and advisory work across government, financial services, telecommunications, and commercial enterprises.
