Yongxin Xi

Dr. Yongxin Xi obtained a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from Princeton University in 2011. Since then she has gained a decade of applied ML industry experience from solving NLP problems at Cisco, to fighting spam at Yahoo Email, to detecting fraud via unsupervised solution at Datavisor, and currently leading and growing the ML team to catch advanced email attacks at Abnormal AI. With a mission to make the online world a safer place, Dr. Xi is most passionate about leveraging her knowledge of applied machine learning, anti-abuse domain, and people management to build a world-class team and deliver a world-class solution for detecting and stopping attacks.
