Great channel programs don’t just happen. They’re built by people who care deeply about their partners and show up every day to strengthen partner relationships and drive results. That’s why we’re proud to share that six Abnormal AI leaders have been named to CRN’s 2026 Women of the Channel list.
This annual recognition highlights women across the IT channel ecosystem who are making a meaningful impact, from vendors and distributors to solution providers and beyond. And this year’s list includes some very familiar faces from our own team.
Across channel account management, revenue marketing, channel marketing, and programs, these six women play a critical role in shaping what it means to partner with Abnormal. They’re behind the strategies, relationships, and day-to-day moments that help our partners grow and succeed.
Congratulations to Our 2026 Honorees
We’re excited to celebrate:
Supna Agrawal
Kim Sanchez
Nikki Downing
Su Thomas
Crystal Harris
Lauren Morreale
What makes this recognition stand out isn’t just the work itself. It’s how they do it. Each of these leaders brings thoughtfulness, creativity, and a genuine commitment to supporting our partners. Whether driving pipeline, enabling sales teams, or strengthening long-term relationships, their impact shows up in ways big and small across the partner journey.
Building the Partner Program of the Future
This recognition also reflects our ongoing commitment to building a partner program that truly works for the people using it.
This year, we’ve already made meaningful investments to better support our partners, starting with a completely reimagined partner portal. The new experience is simpler, more intuitive, and designed to help partners quickly find the resources they need, track opportunities, and move deals forward with confidence.
Alongside the new portal, we’ve introduced several new ways for partners to grow with us:
Abnormal Marketing Center
An AI-powered marketing hub that helps partners create and run campaigns more efficiently. From generating messaging to identifying the right talk tracks, partners can launch targeted campaigns in just a few clicks—bringing Abnormal’s go-to-market capabilities directly into their workflows.
Abnormal Rewards
We’ve always believed in recognizing our partners’ success. Last year, we awarded over $1 million in SPIFFs. With Abnormal Rewards, partners now have a centralized place to track and redeem those earnings across more than 1,500 options. When our partners win, we all do.
Partner Certifications
We’ve expanded our training offerings with new learning programs, starting with our Partner Sales Certification. These programs are designed to help partners confidently position and sell Abnormal’s solutions. We’re not stopping there. Upcoming technical training and continued course updates will give partners even more ways to deepen their platform expertise.
A Channel Built on Partnership
The women recognized by CRN this year play a central role in shaping the partner experience every day. Their work, combined with the investments we’re making across our partner support infrastructure, reflects the Abnormal approach to channel programs: strong relationships, thoughtful support, and a genuine commitment to helping our partners succeed.
Congratulations again to Supna, Nikki, Crystal, Lauren, Kim, and Su on this well-earned recognition. And to our partners: thank you for building alongside us. We’re just getting started.
