Kevin Poulsen is a former computer hacker, best known for penetrating telephone company computers in the early 1990s to win radio station contests. When the FBI started pursuing him, he went underground as a fugitive and was captured after 18 months, serving more than 5 years in prison. Today, he is a contributing writer for multiple publications, with stories in WIRED, The Daily Beast, and more.
