Alaina Kretchmer

Alaina Kretchmer leads the Customer Advocacy Team at Abnormal AI, where her focus is on building and nurturing strong customer relationships, delivering value-added services, and helping to drive customer loyalty, acquisition, and retention. Prior to joining Abnormal, Alaina worked at various cybersecurity companies, most recently Cloudflare, building and scaling Customer Advocacy programs that empowered advocates to share their and their team’s successes and insights with the world. In her free time, Alaina enjoys traveling, visiting the California Wine Country, and finding great new restaurants around the Bay Area.
