Abnormal now allows portal admins to fully manage their list of VIPs via Settings. You can manually add or remove individuals, and customize which job titles are used to automatically tag VIPs. This update gives organizations greater flexibility and accuracy in aligning VIP tagging with their unique structure without needing to make a support request.
To manage VIP's:
- Go to Settings > VIP Management
- Click Manage VIPs
Note: VIP Management is not currently available for Legacy EU datacenter customers.
