James Pham

James Pham is a former Senior Product Manager in Machine Learning at Abnormal. He worked to build world-class ML models to protect customers from bad actors while providing a great customer experience. As a Product Manager, he owned ML product life cycle end-to-end, including the product and technical roadmap, ML operational excellence, and Model Errors handling experience. James holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a focus on Data Analytics & Machine Learning.
