Eric Zielinski

With over 20 years of cybersecurity industry insight, Eric has garnered a reputation as an industry leader with a passion for innovation and an ability to align key cyber initiatives with corporate objectives. Eric is currently the Head of Application Security and Cloud Security Engineering at Options Clearing Corporation, where he leads the strategic development and execution of app/cloud security initiatives to protect organizational assets. In his prior role, Eric served as the Chief Information Security Officer for Dizzion (Desktop as a Service), overseeing the overall strategy and execution of the cybersecurity program. Prior to that role, Eric led the global cloud organization in incident detection and response, vulnerability management, endpoint detection and response, threat intelligence, and automation for Veeva. Before that, he was instrumental in driving the cloud transformation for a Fortune 100 Financial Services company, where he built the cloud security strategy, designed the Cyber Security Operation Center, and established threat intelligence, cyber defense, and security engineering teams. Eric holds a Masters's Degree in Information Security & Assurance from Carnegie Mellon University and has several security certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, SANS GMON, GCCC, and EnCE).
