Timothy Davison

The SDR Workbench started as a way to pull every prioritization stream into one Cowork view. Over the past couple of weeks, Andy Chen has been reshaping it around the other half of an SDR's day: the execution. His version treats the hub as a list a rep works straight down, where every item already carries its context and a drafted message ready to send.

SDR Workbench

SDRs juggle inbound accounts, marketing qualified leads, whitespace prospecting, and closed-lost opportunities primed to re-engage, and each stream wants its own prioritization logic. Tim Davison built the SDR Workbench to pull all of those streams into one Cowork view, precompute the heavy AI scoring ahead of time, and track whether the prioritization actually generates pipeline.

CSM Account Handover

Account handovers happen constantly in customer success, whether through promotions, team changes, or territory shifts. Timothy Davison built a tool in Nora Plan that pulls years of buried account history out of Gong, Salesforce, and other systems and turns it into clean, linkable handover briefs, making sure no context gets lost when an account changes hands.

Sales

Account Prioritizer

Sales teams are flooded with leads from multiple sources, but without a unified way to prioritize them, reps spend more time deciding who to reach out to than actually selling. Timothy Davison built the Account Prioritizer to solve that, bringing all signals into one place and turning them into clear, actionable outreach priorities.

Sales

Nora Task Builder

As AI workflows become more common across go-to-market teams, customization has become the bottleneck. The Nora Task Builder was built to remove that friction, enabling reps to define their own AI tasks through prompts instead of product requests.
