Messages that users report as "Not Junk" no longer trigger an automatic response from the AI Security Mailbox (AISM).
This change reduces unnecessary auto-responses while preserving the full analysis and visibility. Messages reported as "Not Junk" continue to be analyzed by Abnormal and remain fully visible in the AI Security Mailbox portal — no admin action required.
With this release:
- "Not Junk" reports no longer generate an automatic AISM response to the reporting user
- Reported messages still go through full Abnormal analysis
- Full message visibility is preserved in the AI Security Mailbox portal
Now live for Microsoft customers. No configuration changes are needed.
