Auto-Forwarding Protection for Microsoft 365 introduces pre-delivery scanning and remediation for emails that are automatically forwarded to third-party tools, so these messages receive the same level of protection as emails delivered directly to user inboxes.
With this release:
Emails are processed by Abnormal before Microsoft applies auto-forwarding rules
Malicious messages are quarantined by Abnormal before they reach third-party tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow), while safe messages continue to their intended destination.
