The Email Productivity (graymail) dashboard has been redesigned to provide clearer, more flexible, and business-ready insights.
With this release:
Mode‑aware view by deployment stage: The dashboard automatically adjusts to the customer’s rollout state (All Active, All Passive, Partial), clearly showing deployment progress and which graymail is already being remediated versus what could be remediated with full deployment.
Smarter filters: Independent filters for user type (VIP vs. non‑VIP) and status (Active vs. Passive), the ability to hide bypassed senders, and direct links into Search & Respond.
Graymail reporting and CSV exports: Reporting extends to show all senders and recipients, with day‑by‑day breakdowns of graymail frequency (remediated vs. detected‑but‑not‑remediated). Each of these views (frequency, senders, recipients) can now be downloaded as a CSV for offline analysis.
This makes the Email Productivity Dashboard a more powerful source of truth for graymail performance.
