Pain Points in Success Planning

As part of every sales cycle, Abnormal’s reps build POV (proof of value) or mutual success plans.

The challenge? Pulling all that information together meant toggling between Gong, Salesforce, chat notes, and competitive research. Reps often spent 30 minutes or more compiling details before each POV presentation, time that could be better spent engaging customers.
Automating Plans with Glean
Jeremy’s Glean app cuts that prep time dramatically. Instead of porting data from tool to tool, reps now just type in the account name.

From there, the app:
Pulls in Gong transcripts and customer quotes.
Surfaces key stakeholders and their responsibilities.
Summarizes the customer’s current state (“before” scenario).

Builds a clear timeline and success criteria.

All of this happens automatically inside Glean. No more downloading, copying, or reformatting. Even better, the plan can be rerun after each call to incorporate new insights, keeping the document fresh as the deal progresses.
